TEAM BUILDING
Team Building Details
Using the CSA (Cerny Smith Assessment - identifying current stressors) and SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory - very similar to the Enneagram), we can help your team build more effective relationships through being self-aware of their stress points and motivation value system. From that awareness, we can strategize on how to reduce the stress points and how to understand each other’s differing motivations and conflict sequences so that the team can work together in harmony as well as resolve conflict quickly and peacefully when it arises.
The team will take the following online assessments:
CSA for identifying the source of stress from these five areas: personal, resilience, relational, cultural, organizational
SDI to help identify each person’s motivational value system (why they do what they do), each person’s strengths, overdone strengths, and conflict sequence
