DEBRIEF
Debrief Details
Needing clarity in sorting through the victories, challenges, losses, and sense of failure? Debriefing with someone else can help you reach that clarity and help you transition forward into your future with a positive and energized attitude.
Set aside five days to focus on the debrief.
Two - three hours a day will be spent in conversation but the rest of the time will be for completing an assignment and taking time for reflection.
Trying to debrief amid a busy schedule will not give you the greatest benefit.
Take stress (CSA) and transitional needs (TRAC) assessments before the debrief begins.
By looking at an assessment of your current needs and a timeline of the period of your life you want to debrief, we will explore and celebrate your victories as well as identify your stressors, grief, losses, transitions…, how you responded to them, how to bring resolution to them, and how to move forward.
